President Obama formally announces opening of Fulbright University Vietnam

Hanoi – Yesterday President Obama formally announced that Fulbright University Vietnam will begin operation in the fall of 2016. In remarks at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi, President Obama said “now that the government of Vietnam has granted the necessary license, we can say that Fulbright University Vietnam -- this country’s first nonprofit, independent university -- can move forward and open its doors and welcome its first class this fall.” 

Ash Center announces agreement with China's Ministry of Science and Technology

Cambridge, MA -- Today the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, a leading research center at the Harvard Kennedy School announced it has signed an agreement with China's Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) to bring up to two senior level Ministry officials to Cambridge as visiting scholars at the Center starting in the fall of 2016.

Ash Center Receives Gift From Dalio Foundation to Support China Philanthropy Project

The project enables a range of activities that support the recently launched China Global Philanthropy Institute (CGPI) in Shenzhen, China, and will build talent within China’s charitable organizations and provide an important platform for international cooperation.
