    David C. Cole and Princeton N. Lyman were senior members of the United States Operations Mission (USOM) in Korea in the mid-1960s. Their book, Korean Development: the Interplay of Politics and Economics, written under the auspices of the Harvard Center for International Affairs and published by Harvard University Press in 1971, described and analyzed the rapidly changing political and economic conditions and policies in Korea during the mid-1960s....
