Join us for a discussion with Ford Foundation Mason Fellows Renzo Lavin and Marina Kusumawardhani. Tim Glynn-Burke, Ash Center Executive Director, Programs, will moderate.

Speakers

Renzo Lavin is a Ford Foundation Mason Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to HKS, he served as Co-Executive Director of the Civil Association for Equality and Justice (ACIJ), a civil society organization based in Argentina, dedicated to the promotion of democracy and the defense of fundamental rights. 

Marina Kusumawardhani, a Ford Foundation Mason Fellow, worked for the Indonesian President Joko Widodo for the past four years in his digital/social media strategist and data analytics team, and 8 years in general as a tech consultant in the fields of politics, civic engagement, and inclusive development. Marina co-founded “Code4Nation”, an Indonesian ICT association whose projects included organizing the world’s largest hackathons and app/coding training in rural Indonesia.

The series is a forum to discuss new ideas, innovative work, and ongoing projects that are related to the Ash Center's mission to make the world a better place by advancing excellence and innovation in governance and public policy through research, education, and public discussion.
