Join Ashutosh VarshneySol Goldman Professor of International Studies and the Social Sciences at Brown University and Ash Center resident fellow, for a discussion on India's 2019 national elections. Professor Varshney will discuss the major policy issues dominating the campaign and examine likely political scenarios following the vote. Scott Mainwaring, Jorge Paulo Lemann Professor, Harvard Kennedy School, will moderate.
