Indonesian Language Class - Every Friday

Harvard community members and other Boston-area students and scholars are invited to join us during the fall semester every Friday for a free, online Indonesian language class, starting September 10th:

  • 2-3:20 PM for intermediate students
  • 3:40-5 PM for beginner students

Course Description

This class is not for credit and open to all Harvard students, faculty, fellows, and staff members as well as other Boston-area students and scholars. The lessons will be conducted by Raissa Rizkia, a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA). All levels of skill – beginner, intermediate, and advanced – are welcome. The class will focus on the culture of Indonesia, as well as day-to-day conversational skills that one might need when visiting or researching in this country. There is no cost for the classes but registration is required. Lessons can be tailored to the needs of the students and drop-ins are encouraged! Tutorial is also provided by appointment.
