Adam recently graduated from the Master of Public Policy program at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was studying on a Kennedy Fellowship. He focused on social and urban policy, and completed a master’s thesis on inclusive growth in the West Midlands region of the UK. At the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, Adam is leading research on the role of mayors and their senior leaders in building stronger and fairer cities through equitable economic development.
Prior to HKS he was Chief of Staff at the UK Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, where he coordinated investigations into failure in the NHS and wider public services, and was also a senior program director at the educational charity Debate Mate. Adam has also spent time working in Westminster, as a Parliamentary advisor and think-tank researcher, and is a European Universities Debating Champion and two-time World Masters Debating Champion.
