U.S. governance, performance evaluation
Baoquan Qu works in the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China. He has been engaged in policy research and project implementation in public service for a long time. Over the last few years, he has devoted himself to more specific administrations such as human resources, social security, disaster relief and anti-poverty work. In addition, many cooperative projects on international talent exchange have been developed during his work abroad. He completed his Master of Public Administration degree from Renmin University of China in 2007. As a Visiting Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation of Harvard Kennedy School, he intends to conduct the study of government performance evaluation to improve public policy and public leadership.
