Courtney Hall is the Project Manager for Impact Evaluation and Learning with the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiatve. In that role she works with the Bloomberg Harvard team to assess the Initiative's impact on individual leadership development and organizational capability building in cities. Before joining the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, Courtney worked for Harvard’s Bok Center for Teaching and Learning evaluating University policies and programs. She also served as the Senior Statistician for Evaluation for the New Mexico Public Education Department, where she managed and conducted teacher and school evaluations throughout the state. She holds an M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University and an M.S in Quantitative Methodology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
