Ke served for China Development Bank (CDB) after April 2011. As Credit Director, Ke took charge of mega infrastructure financing locally including Shanghai International Transportation Hub, Shanghai Mega Urban Renewal. Prior to CDB, Ke was Senior Executive managing the $5 billion fund at World Expo 2010. Thanks to his efforts, Expo 2010 became the most successful event in history and made a profit of $50 million for the first time and won “Top Honor” awarded by China’s Vice Premier. In Ke's previous tenure at SOEs before 2007, he achieved many “firsts” such as Shanghai’s first Commercial Complex plus Metro Station comprehensive development and the first property transformation for an abandoned public building into a profitable boutique hotel.
