Energy governance and environmental/sustainability development
Li Ma is the executive director of US-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP), a private sector-led non-profit public-private-partnership platform that was created through official dialogue and was underscored by former US president Obama and former Chinese President Hu Jintao in 2009. Li works closely with governmental, institutional, and industrial partners and led sector base industry development initiatives and promotion activities in energy, energy efficiency and environment development sectors. She has 10+ years professional work experience with international organizations management. Li holds a master degree in Public Service Administration and a BA degree of International Business from the DePaul University.
