Minjuan Jiang

MinJuan Jiang is an associate professor in Public Administration, School of Government University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (UCASS). She got her PhD from Peking University in 2013 and completed her postdoctoral program of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2016. Her specialties are collaborative governance, government transformation and public policy. Her current research focuses on digital transformation and regional collaborative governance.

During the recent years, she had presided over the Youth Project of Chinese National Social Science Funding (2019) and participated in several other national and provincial level research projects as well as international programs. Minjuan Jiang is the vice director of Public Policy Center of UCASS, and also a research fellow of National Governance Research Institute, Peking University.
