Patrícia Perrone Campos Mello
Patrícia Perrone Campos Mello is a Constitutional Law Professor of the PHD and Master's Program of the University Center of Brasília – CEUB, Brazil. She has a PHD and a master’s degree at the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ, Brazil. Previously, she was: a visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg, Germany; clerk at the Brazilian Supreme Court; and public State Attorney for the State of Rio de Janeiro. Her areas of research include: democratic recession (currently), comparative constitutional law, human rights, judicial behavior and theory of precedents (emphasis on higher courts).
