Santiago Amador

Santiago Amador has worked in Public Policy implementation and Public Management for the last 15 years, especially in Internet and ICT policy, cultural affairs, social inequality, poverty alleviation, and social inclusion.  He was the Director of Internet Policy at the Ministry of ICT of Colombia, building and implementing the award wining technology plan “ Vive Digital”, and has continued working as a consultant it that field.

He holds a Masters in Social Science of the Internet at the University of Oxford and is currently undertaking a Master in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government  at Harvard University.  His research interests are Innovation for Public Policy, technology for people with disabilities, technology for education and social innovation.
