Tram Thi Quynh Le
Prior to work at the Fulbright’s undergraduate program, Tram was the director of the Lower Mekong Public Policy Initiative (LMPPI), an USAID-funded socioeconomic and environmental policy research project for the Lower Mekong region. LMPPI was jointly managed by Ash Center of Harvard Kennedy School and Fulbright Economics Teaching Program.
Tram had worked with Fulbright Economics Teaching Program (FETP) – now the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM) at Fulbright University Vietnam – as a lecturer of public policy. She also served in the role of FETP/FSPPM’s Academic Affairs Manager from 2014 to 2018.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and the One year post-graduate certificate in Applied Economics and Public Policy from FETP. Tram was a non resident fellow at the Ash Center.
