Session 3 is entitled "If You Only Knew: The Power of State and Local Election Officials." Guest speakers include Denise Merrill, Secretary of the State of Connecticut and Tammy Patrick, Senior Advisor at the Democracy Fund. Lunch will be served. Seating preference will be given to students. No preregistration or RSVP is necessary.
