Guest speakers from Bolivia, South Sudan, Venezuela and Egypt discussed the importance of transnational collaboration between people’s power movements and what can be done to confront recent democratic backsliding. Erica Chenoweth, Frank Stanton Professor of the First Amendment at Harvard Kennedy School, moderated.
