Caryn oversees all aspects of the Ash Center’s financial management, including the annual budgeting process, multi-year planning, forecasting, and financial modeling that supports informed decision-making and strategic planning. Additionally, she works to develop and maintain the Center’s financial policies, procedures, and workflow.
Caryn has over 10 years of financial experience at Harvard, along with several years of financial and administrative experience in the healthcare and financial consulting sectors. She previously served as the Ash Center’s Associate Director of Budget and Research Administration, supporting the Center’s sponsored research portfolio which consisted of public leadership and democracy initiatives around the globe
