Articulation of public value and supporting management frameworks for ongoing strategy execution
George is a management consultant and serial entrepreneur who has spent a career focused on enterprise performance management and business analytics. George has founded several boutique consulting firms and sold one into private equity backed merger in 2005.
In 2009, George attended the Mid-Career Masters of Public Administration program at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Upon graduating, he started and continues to run a SME Impact Investment Fund in East Africa that invests in small and medium-sized enterprises doing value addition leveraging industrial technology.
George has served as an adjunct faculty at Babson College where he has taught operations management. He has also coached many social entrepreneurs alongside several Harvard Kennedy School courses, and he serves as the lead facilitator in the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative’s Cross-boundary Collaboration Program.
His areas of interest lie in the articulation of public value and the supporting management frameworks for ongoing strategy execution.
George received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
