Hien Le

Program Manager, Vietnam Public Policy Program

Hien Le is the Program Manager of the Vietnam Program at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Rajawali Foundation Institute for Asia at the Ash Center, where she is responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of the Vietnam Executive Leadership Program in partnership with the central government of Vietnam. She also manages and facilitates academic partnerships between the Ash Center and institutions in Vietnam, promoting faculty and student exchange, joint research, and fellowships. Hien Le serves as a critical point of contact for the Vietnam Program with its governmental and academic partners in both the US and Vietnam. Prior to her role at the Ash Center, Hien Le worked as the Press and Information Specialist for the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, between 1998 and 2015. During her tenure, she helped facilitate numerous high-profile events and visits that took place after the normalization of relations between the US and Vietnam. Hien Le has a keen interest in all aspects of US-Vietnam relations.
