Hillary Lehr is the CEO and co-founder of Quiller, the first generative AI content tool designed specifically for electoral campaigns and nonprofits. She also serves as an Operating Partner at Higher Ground Labs, a venture capital firm and accelerator focused on political technology startups. At Higher Ground Labs, Hillary led portfolio, platform, and accelerator programs with a focus on startups for democratic and civic causes. Under her leadership, Quiller has pioneered innovative AI applications that have streamlined content creation and engagement strategies for numerous political campaigns and nonprofit organizations.

With 15 years of experience in the political technology sector, Hillary has worked in various leadership roles, including as Vice President of Client Success at Hustle. She also led social impact partnerships at Brigade and Causes.com. Prior, she spent five years developing digital strategy for nonprofits. Hillary is a member of the AI & Emerging Tech Committee for the American Association of Political Consultants.

Hillary holds BA and BS degrees from UC Berkeley. She recently completed her MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her professional specialization involves scaling technology for political and social impact organizations and exploring the intersection between tech and democracy through the frame of citizen experience. Her current work focuses on the application of artificial intelligence to democratic processes.
