Jacqueline Evans is an MC-MPA 2024 student at the Harvard Kennedy School. She has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies (Biology emphasis) from the University of the South Pacific and a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Hawaii. Jacqui has worked nine years for the nonprofit sector and ten years in the public sector with a commitment to protecting the marine environment. Some of Jacquis awards include the 2019 Goldman Environmental Prize, the Cook Islands Business and Professional Woman of the Year for the Environment and the Gold Medal and Prem Chand Prasad Prize for the outstanding student graduating in Geography. She is an East-West Center Alumnus, a Pacific Islander and a New Zealand citizen.
