Democracy and the Informed Public

Revati Vaidya is a Master in Public Administration candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and a Research Assistant with the Ash Center’s Informed Public Project. She is interested in how people access, interpret, and act on information, and how information design and delivery shape trust, comprehension, and civic participation. Previously, she led digital public infrastructure initiatives within India’s Ministry of Agriculture, working on large-scale public information systems for smallholder farmers. Her research interests include information ecosystems, digital public infrastructure, and inclusive public-sector design.
