Rosii Floreak is a behavioral scientist and organizer pursuing a mid-career Masters in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, as Director of Research at Vote Rev, she designed and tested behaviorally-informed voter engagement tactics with large-scale randomized trials. She also worked at ideas42, applying behavioral design to expand contraceptive access in Senegal, reduce gender-based violence in India, and combat election misinformation in the U.S. Now, she’s focused on behavioral science, democracy innovation, and movement building. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Carnegie Mellon with a B.S. in Decision Science and Policy and Management. Born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she’s also a proud graduate of the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.
