Sarah Grucza is the Assistant Director of Communications at the Ash Center, Harvard Kennedy School’s home to research and teaching on democracy, antiracism, Indigenous governance, and Asia public policy. The Center’s communications program—tasked with getting research and timely commentary into the hands of academics, electeds, and other experts— spans public relations, multimedia creation, and digital marketing.

Previously, Sarah was a Senior Account Executive at PAN Communications, a Boston-based PR agency, where she was responsible for media relations, content creation, social media management, and communications strategy for a range of brands. Sarah obtained a dual degree in Public Relations and Public Policy from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication and Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She also holds a certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard Extension School and is currently pursuing her Mid-Career Master in Public Administration at the Kennedy School.
