Julia is the Program Assistant to the Harvard Project on Indigenous Governance and Development, as well as the Faculty Assistant to Professor Joseph P. Kalt. Prior to joining the Harvard Project, she received her Master’s of Public Policy from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a concentration in national security and foreign policy. She was also a faculty support specialist to three faculty members in the Marketing unit of Harvard Business School.

In addition to her MPP, Julia holds a BA from Fairfield University in International Studies and German, with a minor in anthropology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, podcasts, and attending comedy shows all down the eastern seaboard.
