This panel will examine how unprecedented concentrations of wealth and technological power are reshaping our political economy. The conversation will explore how tech oligarchs are reconfiguring our institutions, hollowing out public capacity, and challenging core democratic norms. Panelists will explore strategies and policy interventions that could help rebalance power and strengthen democratic resilience.
