Akshay Govind Dixit is a Ph.D. student of political economy and government at Harvard University and was previously a research fellow at the Ash Center.Previously, Akshay worked as a research fellow with Professors Dan Levy and Ryan Sheely at the Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on projects that deal with governance, citizen participation and service delivery. Prior to this role at HKS, Akshay worked on social accountability projects for Save the Children. He spent two years in Bangladesh as a research associate at Innovations for Poverty Action. He holds an M.A. in international and development economics from Yale University.
