Naomi Beyth-Zoran

Program Involvement
Naomi Beyth-Zoran is an Israeli educator and lawyer specializing in policy advocacy and pedagogical training for human rights and anti-racist education. Most recently, she served as the Director of the Education Department at the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI).
Naomi holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, as well as a Master’s degree in Education, a teaching certificate in Civics and Social Science, and a certificate in Organizational Consultancy for Educational Systems from Tel Aviv University. She earned her LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Naomi began her career in the Justice Ministry’s High Court of Justice Department, focusing on administrative and constitutional law. She devotes her legal and pedagogical expertise to fortifying Israel as a liberal democracy, advocating for human rights and anti-racist values within the education system. Among her notable achievements is the establishment of ACRI’s Human Rights Education Forum, a pioneering nationwide network of educators.
