Program Involvement
Economist with senior leadership experience in high-complexity, final-decision roles in government, corporate and entrepreneurial structures. Served Peru´s government as General Secretary of the Presidency, a cabinet-rank position, and previously as Commercial and Social Affairs Director at Protransporte, Lima´s public transport agency. Founder and chairman of real estate development firm Soluciones Inmobiliarias Morada; co-founder, senior editor and author at publisher Ediciones Pichoncito; and executive director of Fundación Peruanos Power, a non-profit that intervenes in literacy and digital connectivity in rural Peru.
Member of the board of Instituto APOYO, a leading education think-tank in Peru. Previously served as Program Coordinator of the Peruvian Chapter of the Eisenhower Fellowship Foundation, district enrollment director for Dartmouth College´s Admissions Office, member of the board of the Land Transport Research and Advisory Center, and Regional Secretary of the Latin American Steel Institute.
Graduated with Honors from Dartmouth College in 2002, with a global background and studies at the French Lycée in Lima and New York City, the United Nations International School and Keio University, the latter as a Monbusho Scholarship recipient. Speaks Spanish, French and English fluently, and is partially proficient in Japanese. He recently concluded a Master in Public Administration as a Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.
