Jennifer Otten

Jennifer Otten has been at Harvard Kennedy School since 2018. Currently, she serves as the Faculty Assistant for Professor Amitabh Chandra, Director of the Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy; Professor Alex Keyssar, Matthew W. Stirling Jr. Professor of History and Social Policy; and Adjunct Lecturers in Public Policy Jeeyang Rhee Baum, Richard Cavanagh, Jay Rosengard, and Rand Wentworth.

Jennifer has a background in administration and public outreach in various federal agencies as a former educator in the National Park Service and at Tufts University.
