Joshua Tan

Joshua Tan is interim CTO at Current AI. He also leads product and strategy at the movement for public AI, and runs Stanford AO, an incubator x lab for autonomous organizations at Stanford OpenLab. Previously, he co-founded of Metagov, a laboratory for engineering institutions. He completed his PhD and postdoc at Oxford and previously held fellowships at Stanford (at the Digital Civil Society Lab), Princeton (in the CS department), and MIT (in the math department).
