Parm Jawanda

Parm Jawanda is a Democracy Visiting Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School. His research explores the role of civil service and bureaucracy in governance and public institutions through a historical lens. His work draws on experience across government and public institutions. Parm holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a John F. Kennedy Fellowship recipient.
