Democracy and the Informed Public

Dylan is a sophomore at Harvard College studying Government and Economics. His academic interests center on how public policy and legislation can most effectively improve well-being and address social inequality, particularly in healthcare and family policy.

Originally from the Chicago area, Dylan spent two years working for the Illinois House of Representatives and continues to engage in legislative advocacy and bill writing. He has also conducted policy research through the Institute of Politics and the Harvard Undergraduate Consulting Group. He brings a perspective informed by the realities of legislative work to the Ash Center.
