Jessica Creighton
Program Director, Bangladesh Public Administration Project

Jessica Creighton is Associate Director of the Bangladesh Public Administration Project. She specializes in managing large international projects, designing learning experiences, impact evaluations, and mixed-methods research. She has contributed to social science research across a variety of topic areas, including education, social accountability, public health, and energy efficiency. Jessica was the Research Program Director at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative from 2020-2023. Prior to her time at Bloomberg Harvard, Jessica was the Assistant Director of the Transparency for Development (T4D) Project at the Ash Center. T4D was a large-scale research project investigating the use of community-based transparency and accountability interventions to improve maternal and child health in five countries across Africa and Asia.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University and a Master of Education in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
