Anne Meeker

Anne Meeker is Director of Government Innovation at POPVOX Inc. She also writes Voice/Mail, a newsletter on the state and future of legislator-constituent engagement. She began her career in civic life as Director of Constituent Services for Congressman Seth Moulton, where her team won a Democracy Award for outstanding constituent service. As a founding member of the POPVOX Foundation team, she led work on constituent engagement and founded the Casework Navigator program, an effort to elevate and strengthen legislative casework as a key part of the policy feedback loop. She previously also served as a Fellow with OSU’s Institute for Democratic Engagement and Accountability. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Oxford (St. Hugh’s College) and an MSc in History from the London School of Economics. A proud Clevelander, she will take any opportunity to talk up the Rust Belt.
