Paula Berman

Paula Berman is Director of Programs & Partnerships at RadicalxChange Foundation, where she designs deliberative processes for governments and civic institutions. Her writing is focused on government uptake of public input, digital identity, and finding common ground in large-scale deliberation. At the Allen Lab she is developing Uncommon Ground, a method for identifying latent coalitions of opinion revealed by cross-cutting cleavages in public input. Paula is from Curitiba, Brazil.
